Conversations among practitioners and operators.
Two ongoing series for the San Diego life science community. Both are educational by design. No pitch, no selling, no recruiting from the room.
Two formats. One purpose.
Founder Dinners
A small-format dinner for life science founders building in San Diego. Each session is structured around a single topic, often at the intersection of AI, modern operating practice, and the next generation of life science companies. Past topics have included AI-native R&D workflows, capital efficiency in pre-clinical biotech, and the evolving founder-investor dynamic.
The room is intentionally kept small. The goal is real conversation among people facing the same set of decisions, not a panel and not a networking session.
Request an invitation →Life Science CRE Learning Series
A practitioner-led series on the questions life science operators face when they make real estate decisions. Each session focuses on a specific topic, runs sixty to ninety minutes, and leaves time for direct discussion.
Past and upcoming topics include:
- Reading a lab proposal: what the headline numbers leave out
- Work letters and TI: where the real money is won or lost
- Lab versus lab-ready: what your buildout will actually require
- The state of the San Diego lab market (recurring, each quarter)
- Lease versus own: when each option actually makes sense
